Please note that the following SWAT parameters are used to simulate in-stream processes, not non-point source loadings from the land surface.

1. Nitrogen & Phosphorus

- RHOQ: algal respiration rate

2. Nitrogen

- AI1: fraction of algal biomass that is nitrogen
- BC1: rate constant for biological oxidation of NH4 to NO2 in the reach
- BC2: rate constant for biological oxidation of NO2 to NO3 in the reach
- BC3: rate constant for hydrolysis of organic-N to NH4 in the reach
- P_N: algal preference factor for ammonia
- RS3: benthic source rate for NH4-N in the reach
- RS4: rate coefficient for organic-N settling in the reach

3. Phosphorus

- AI2: fraction of algal biomass that is phosphorus
- BC4: rate constant for mineralization of organic-P to dissolved-P in the reach
- RS2: benthic sediment source rate for dissolved phosphorus in the reach
- RS5: organic phosphorus settling rate in the reach
