I hope you can help me with this question regarding your excellent application, Tsk2Cal. I use it all the time to keep track of when I actually accomplish all my Tasks.
I'm using a program called Crony to automate certain things on my PalmTX. Website here: http://mytreo.net/downloads/crony,735.html.
It can launch an application and then select a menu item or button on a timer. I need to know the 'button ID' of the Transfer button in Tsk2Cal. I've tred 0 and 1, but no dice.
Thanks again for your very useful program.

Hi Robin,
The ID of the Transfer button is 4001.
BTW, thank you for introducing Crony to me. I found it really useful.

Robin,
I had Crony doing auto Tsk2Caling, but got a Fatal Alert. If you succeed in doing this, please let me know how you did it.
Thanks.

Robin here, checking in after registering. (I use a different email for forums.)
Thanks for the information Huidae, I was going to try a logical sequence of button ids, but that would evidently have taken a while :-)
I don't know why you are getting fatal errors; it seems to work like a charm for me. Except the first time I ran it with the new button id... on that occasion it popped up the little message I have configured, then showed my DALauncher instead of Tsk2Cal! No idea why, and this was not repeated after I reselected the Tsk2Cal application.
If it makes a difference I have Tsk2Cal set as follows: UNCHECK Undated records to today. CHECK Archive records Format: Task [%d]
Oh, and if you ever plan to release a new version of Tsk2Cal, would it be possible to make it so that it will automatically set the Datebook category to match the Task category, (assuming a match exists; if no match then leave them as Unfiled).

Robin,
Fortunately, I had enough time today to implement what you requested. You can download a new version from http://geni.ath.cx/tsk2cal.html. Now, the Transfer button ID is 5001.
I guess Crony is not working because of many hack-like programs I installed on my Z22.
Enjoy 0.1!

Thanks Huidae, it works perfectly. I got an error message at first, application launch failure or something like that, but it works perfectly after I created a new Crony task.
